They're so cute! I think these would be very cute layered with tights on a windy Fall day.

Oh Deer just couldn't stop at the strappy heels with lace inspired trim they created earlier this year and created this ultra comfy flat! I love the color of the lace inspired patent trim and the quality of the print on silky soft calf skin. For some it may be hard to distinguish but these shoes are ultimately winter white/cream/bone colored. They look great against chocolate skin!

If you're put off by the straps, don't be!
The criss-cross straps, as guessed, keep you held in. They're not patent like the trim but they're soft and elasticized making this shoe an easy slip-on! The open-toe is also a good addition too! It shows my my big toe and the next one over. No toe cleavage though...not that I'd want it.

Comfort?
There's padding in the insole. You won't have a sheet of material between you and the ground like some cheap-o flats.

Fit?

Cute and chic animal print peep toe. I often steer clear of animal prints because they can look gaudy or cheap, but these peep toes are so chic and well made. The footbed is slightly padded and is suede so it feels quite comfortable for such a high heel, and the heel is crafted from a deep dark wood which adds more appeal. The fit is true to size and there is ample room for my toes. The sole is made of rubber but this works to prevent slipping. Overrrall, this is on the top of my lists of favorites.

For many years now, I have been scouring the globe for the perfect pair of high heeled shoes. A pair of shoes that defy the imagination with a graceful soaring heel that is the zenith of heel height while at the same time employing use of other essential shoe elements to create an elegant overtone that would befit an evening at the opera. In simplified, less pompous terms, these are a pair of shoes that are extremely high, yet sophisticated. I have found all these essential ascetic elements to be present in this shoe; yet one question still arises : can a shoe that boasts such an ostentatious six inch stiletto heel without a platform actually be worn or is the blinding pain and crushing agony too much to bear even for such a grand artistic endeavor? The answer is a resounding yes. I will refrain from insulting my reader's intelligence by claiming that this shoe is comfortable. As can be ascertained by viewing the picture or easily deduced by those who have worn heels over four inches, shoes boasting this height are always painful and cannot be worn for extended periods of time. However, this particular shoe is still very wearable and is more comfortable than I would have originally concluded. Due to my unbridled delight with these new additions to my wardrobe, I have attempted to wear these shoes around the house and have been rewarded in my endeavor. I have mostly worn five inch heels and was dubious that I could manage to balance in anything higher. My fears were immediately allayed when I donned these magnificent shoes and discovered that despite my trepidations, they are quite easy to balance in and within a few minutes, I was able to walk confidently in them. However, I will insert one word of warning, I was able to balance in these shoes since I have been wearing five inch heels (and the occasional six with a platform) for years, and I have become used to the feel of such exorbitantly high heels. For those of you who have previously been wearing a regular heel height and have not worn anything four inches or higher, you will find it impossible to balance in these! If you have cultivated an interest in heels of this height, I suggest starting with something four inches and gradually working into the fives and sixes.

These shoes look as chic as they seem online. I was quite pleased with the quality of the appearance... peep toes with a comfortable wedge heel make for a sophisticated office-wear look, or they can also be worn with jeans and a dressy top for a cute evening look.
It took about 2 wearings though, before they felt normal and comfortable. Initially the back kept rubbing against my heel and the first day of wear was not a pleasant experience. I practically limped home, but after that they felt much better! (So be patient...)

The leopard print heels were much less expensive ($50+) than the other colors, so I went on a limb and purchased them. I LOVE them. (As does my boyfriend. He thinks they're sexy.) They were so much cuter in person. I wear heels all the time so am used to uncomfortable shoes, but I kid you not - I was amazed when I first tried these on. They are so comfortable, and EASILY wearable for an entire day if you are used to heels, and I'm sure even a novice could handle an 8-hr day in them.

I have only one complaint: they run a little large. I'm sure a half-size down would be perfect so consider that when ordering. I've had trouble with the shoe slipping off my heel as I walk, but I think that is because they are just a tad too big. I decided to just keep them slightly too big and buy some heel grips.

Overall, I highly recommend these shoes.

The leather was super soft and did not give me blisters (didn't even have to break them in!), even though I walked for hours in them on vacation. I ordered a 1/2 size bigger and was glad I did due to how bad my feet swell when I walk a lot, although I am confident that the leather would have stretchced. The padding in these was much better than I expected, and certainly came in handy. The only downfall was that the bottom of the shoe was not fully covered with the rubber sole. As a result, the leather under the toe rubbed off a little. Small price to pay considering the comfort. These were a cute alternative to tennis shoes for days of heavy walking.
