Bought these for just under $40 during a sale and wow! I purchased the black on black suede. I forgot to read the specifics of the heel and was surprised at an over 4" height (highest I've ever worn in a heel). It worked perfectly for a dress I'd bought recently and will also work for basic blacks, slacks (to dress up or down).
A five minute fitting produced wonderful comments and compliments on looks...not comfort. If you plan on partying all night in these, keep a chair nearby!
And of course, Amazon strikes again. I'm satisfied!
